Mid-Field Raceway is a medium-length tarmac racetrack. It first appears in Gran Turismo 2, and has returned in every main game since, except for Gran Turismo 5, Gran Turismo Sport and Gran Turismo 7. It is also featured in Gran Turismo 6 (as part of Update 1.16, now features variable time). Mid-Field Raceway is one of only a few circuits in Gran Turismo to feature a 'Figure 8' style layout
